I offer a full range of chiropractic and physical rehabilitation services, from manual adjustments and soft tissue work to structured orthopedic rehab programs, all built into a single plan of care. Whether you're recovering from a repetitive stress injury, managing a chronic issue, or working through pre or post-surgical rehab, I tailor the approach to your specific case rather than offering one-size-fits-all treatment.

I don't bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

Staying out of network means your care isn't rushed to meet insurance demands, and as reimbursement rates keep shrinking, that trade-off matters more every year. With a cash-based model you typically pay more per visit but need fewer visits overall, since every minute in my clinic has my full attention and your questions get answered in real time, not deferred or handed off. Low insurance reimbursement pushes many providers to overbook just to stay open. I'd rather keep my schedule sane and give you care that's actually built around resolving your issue.

I integrate full physical and orthopedic rehab into every treatment plan, not just adjustments. That means closing the loop on your care instead of stopping at symptom relief, which leads to longer lasting results and fewer repeat visits for the same issue.

I use a diversified, hands-on chiropractic technique. I don't use drop tables or traction machines. Every adjustment is done by hand and by feel, which lets me tailor the approach to each individual patient rather than applying the same method to everyone. I take extra caution with anyone who presents with contraindications to chiropractic adjustments, especially in the upper cervical spine, and I perform appropriate vestibular and vascular screening with every patient to ensure safety. I hold myself to a standard above what's typical for spinal manipulative therapy and extremity adjustments, and my adjustments are always gentle, never forceful.

An initial visit is always an hour long and is $125, though exceptions can be made depending on your specific needs. Follow-up visits are typically thirty minutes, which allows time for quality care and proper documentation, and are $75. Fifteen and forty-five minute follow-up visits are also available on request, which is common for physical rehab patients who need more hands-on time. For patients who need several visits, I offer a three-pack initial visit package and a five-pack follow-up bundle at a discount. There are no hidden costs at this clinic, no add-on gimmicks, and no expensive take-home therabands or braces. Everything is included in the flat rate of your visit.

Initial treatment plans typically run two to four visits, scheduled once a week to once every other week depending on your case. You won't be handed a lengthy, drawn-out treatment plan, and you'll never be asked to pay thousands of dollars upfront for an entire course of care. What you'll get is an actual plan aimed at resolution, not just a quick patch. That's part of why visits run longer than a typical adjustment, movement and rehab are built into every session, not tacked on separately.
